And where is the rankings history (and graph)? It was not there upon the revamp of the website... then it was there... now it's not there...

It's moved. When viewing a player's profile, select "Stats" and scroll down. Ranking history should be down there somewhere.

I agree. It's a mess. I've often been unable to find something that used to be on the site only to discover it somwhere else weeks or months later. The ranking history is one of these cases but only one of them.
