Yes: I couldn't get the match on WTATV, either, but as my Sky Go subscription hasn't expired, yet, I switched to that and it was fine. I'm glad they fixed the issue before Emma's match started.

If you still can't get it sorted it's quite likely that you aren't the only one affected. I would suggest that you start a thread about it in GM. Leaving it here won't reach the majority of the members.
