Watching her this afternoon in Auckland, and seeing her live for the first time, I thought "yep, she's quite pretty." And then, when I was looking at my photos afterwards, it was "damn, you are underestimating her so much!"

These aren't from before the match - they're well into it, and she simply looks incredible, despite no makeup and a fair amount of sweat.

And, for what it was worth, this match between Stollar and Makoto Ninomiya and the American pair of Ann Li and Katie Volynets was the best match of the tournament - doubles OR singles. One phenomenal rally after another in game after game.

False eyelashes don't count as "makeup" as far as I'm concerned, and nor do tinted eyebrows if they're always that colour. I'm meaning in a more general sense, comparing what I saw today with the endless evening gown and swimsuit fashion pics that we see from her.

Wait I didn't even know she's playing. I've always thought she's like the ITF / challenger player and I don't really watch those matches so, can't really tell if she is so called "fairest of them all". I guess all players have quote unquote phrase to describe them nowadays.

But speaking of makeup / no makeup, I feel like there are players that look better off the court, but there are also players that I think actually look better on court with minimal make up. Which category does Fanny belong to?

You know what, Kalinskaya is playing doubles right now with Hon. This might be the year for the two of them to be better at doubles than singles. But she's taking MTO in doubles, so who knows

 

I wonder why she is not playing with Piter this year, they had good record last year.

Nope , Detiuc is nice but not as beautiful. Stollar is in Diatchenko's league of beauty.

I feel like threads like this pop up every few months about Fanny the goddess. What a pity for the tour that she’s not a particularly good tennis player - I mean, people seem to think that Badosa is incredibly attractive, so imagine if Fanny had her results?

I don't understand why some people here are being so difficult. She is clearly a very attracttive girl. Fairest of them all, though? Could be arguable, but that doesn't take away from how beautiful she is.

 

Well she doesn't have the health for a singles career but in current state of doubles she can easily get into Top20-30 if committed to playing full time.
And that's the only way to make doubles relevant
