I'm sure they have 8 byes if there are 44 direct entries. However, I really think they need to either give byes to everyone or make it a 32 player MD. It's too many matches.

Keys skipping Doha makes sense. She probably needs to reset/re-focus after her incredible run in Australia.

DRC must be injured or just gives zero f*cks about her ranking this year. Middle East swing seemed like a decent opportunity to pick up points before her Miami/Charleston points come off in April. Oh well.
