BOGOTA, COLOMBIA (TICKER) -- Wild card entry Fabiola Zuluaga pleased the local fans with a straight sets victory on Sunday to win the $170,000 Copa Colsanitas for the second time in her career.

Zuluaga, a 23-year-old native of Bogota, defeated unseeded Katarina Srebotnik of Slovenia, 6-1, 6-4. Zuluaga also won this tournament in 1999 for her first career WTA Tour title.

The Colombian player, who was sidelined most of last year due to a pair of right shoulder operations, won her third career championship after reaching her first final since May 2000 and earned a paycheck of $27,000.

Both of Zuluaga's victories on the WTA Tour were in 1999. After winning here early in the year, she captured the Brazil Ladies Open title at Sao Paulo in October.

The 20-year-old Srebotnik was bidding for her second career tournament victory. Ranked 89th in the world, Srebotnik captured the 1999 Estoril Open claycourt title.
