1. Serena (defending champ, number one, won last 4 slams)
2. Justine (good form on clay has lots of confidence)
3. Venus (still the second best player but her injury lessens her chances)
4. Kim (consistently good in 2003 can cause some upsets)
5. Mauresmo (good form on clay only thing is shes never done well at RG)

I agree with you, however, I'd add JENNIFER CAP. Also, for me, this is in no particular order.

Well for me it is the two sisters, the two belgians and a French..

All I can say is that the seed who will have Mauresmo in the quarters better watch out!!!

I'm bemused by your description of Kim. She can cause some upsets. She's the number two ranked player. The only player she could "upset" is Serena.

I agree with your list of favorites although I wouldn't rank them in that order. I think it's reasonable to put Venus on the list rather than Jennifer as long as one is assuming that Venus is recovered from her injury.
