Who you think is the player who has more friends on tour than anyone else???My opinion is that Lindsay Davenport..I think she is really nice and happy person who wants just good for everyone!!I have never heard that Lindsay has said something bad for somebody....She is really "grown-up" and i account her like a mother on tour....hehehe...I mean the positive way of course! Also Mary Pierce and Monica Seles are really good persons and they have so many friends on tour!!But i really don´t know who is the "bad" person on tour, who has no friends and .....I think ,so i just think i don´t know that maybe Venus Williams and Serena Williams are a little bit evil to the other players on tour...i don´t know but that´s my opinion.....In fact i like Serena Williams when she is on court she plays so good and she is so calm!!But i have heard that they have said that when they are on court they blast ball against opponent!!I think it´s not the way you should do....Please answer what you think??And don´t be angry with me because i said something about Williams sister´s but i like them and i want just good for them but i just think that they aren´t always so good for the others!!!!HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!

I'd probably say Kim aswell.

Barbara Schett seems to be friendly with a lot of the players too.

No doubt the female with the most friends on tour is a "nobody" or unknown in singles, say a Patricia Tarabini or Renee Stubbs, one of Steffi Graf's few friends. I'm not saying Davenport and Clijsters aren't nice, but they are top dogs in a dog eat dog world. They take too many big checks away from the women Venus once called the "scrubs" of the tour. The higher rank a woman is, the fewer "true" friends she has.

There was nothing out of place with the quote-Williamez Rulez. Venus has used the word a couple of times, the last was at this year's Ericcson event after beating Hingis.

VENUS WILLIAMS: I don't think anyone has an advantage on the Tour. I think as far as the WTA Tour and also the Grand Slam events, they are very fair. And if anything, I have been a marquis player all my life. I have had an extra advantage, I would believe, I haven't had to come from the bottom as an unknown scrub, so I couldn't tell you how that how that would be.

The full interview is at-
http://www.venusserenafans.com/Interviews/Ericsson%20Open%202001/Venus_Mar-29-Semifinals-Ericsson-01.htm
I'd say a "scrub" is someone who is almost always unseeded, wins about 50% or less of her matches. In other words, the majority of the women on tour. As a rule, truly close friendships develop between lower ranked women or women with a top rank and a much lower rank. Davenport may be friendly with Hingis, but they don't hang out together at the mall or go shopping together after trying to beat each others brains out on court. Morariu, who IS Lindsay's good pal, was never a "threat" in singles. I'm sure someone will come up with exceptions, but I'd bet the winner of a "friendliest on tour " player opoll would be a relative unknown.
