Welcome to the the first event of the re-started WTF Tour! The past few weeks WTF has been recruiting the best players around and now the tour is ready to broadcast the best across the world. Some of the players that will be in this event include Daniela Hantuchova, Shuai Peng and of course Serena Williams! With everyone starting from scratch were are sure to see the bright stars light up in the first tournament.​

In this section of this thread you will be find out what your draw is for singles as well as how many points you earn for reaching a round and anyother things you need to know at a tournament such as a schedule.​

The draw was done randomly however the seedings were done by the order in which you signed up for the tournament since we have no past rankings. As well the placement of the seeds was taken from the real Open Gaz de France draw:

Winner: 195 points
Finalist: 137 points
Semi-Finalist: 88 points
Quarter Finalist: 49 points
1st Round Loss: 1 point

There will be no quality points for this tournament since there are no previous rankings. For the next tournament there will be though.​

At the recent players ball Capriati sat down with a reporter for a interview:

Interviewer - How do you feel about your chances this week?

Capriati - Good you know.

I - You play either Golovin or Rodionova in the quarter-finals. How do you feel about that?

C - I just have to pratice and prepare for them. Golovin will be tough in front of the home crowd and all. Rodionova is so consistent. Itll be a good match.

I - Your coach taught on this tour its first time around and now he is with you. Whys that?

C - Smashnova got injured and lets face it. Im the best you know.​
