what ever happened to week long coverage (for more than 1 1/2 hours a day) for tier I's

dont be suprised if it doesn't happen

according to Volcana, these matches are contingent based on who's in them rolleyes
so since Venus and Serena withdrew, unless big names are in those matches (an American wouldn't hurt) that coverage may go the way of Berlin and Rome this year

I just checked my schedule on my digital cable on ESPN and ESPN2 and I didn't see any WTA tennis scheduled for this weekend.

I said earlier this year that when ESPN and ESPN2 got the rights to air the French Open and Wimbeldon, that they would cut back on coverage of women's tounaments.
