TheboiledEgg,

is this the only place to get this guide, coz it cost $20 just to ship and I was wondering whether there are cheaper places for overseas?

If you want it now this is the only place for it.

But in time it may be available in your local area but it could be around May/June

there are other on line sports shops but those won't have it as yet.

Guess the people in the US are a bit luckier.

For anyone in the UK, a good place to try is Sportspages on Charing Cross Road, they usually get a few copies in fairly early in the year. Any sign of ITFs World of Tennis yet?

Just got mine

It literally just came in the mail. At a preliminary glance, they really beefed it up. In addition to the previous bio info, they've added some other tidbits.

Some returning bits of info:
Player background (place and date of birth, place of residence, height, weight, etc.)
Career finishes at grand slams and Tour Championships
Career W/L
Year end singles rankings
highest singles ranking
career highlights
personal info

Tour singles and doubles finals scores for WTA tourneys from mid-80's up (about '83)

Some added stuff:
Singles and doubles finals scores from tour and non-tour events all the way back through 1971

On player pages-
highest doubles rank
career singles W/L at each slam (and tour chps.)
"career in review" broken down by year
seperate section for awards/accomplishments

Plus they've got some photos now for players in the 126-200 section.

Looks like there's some extra info to go through. :)

Plus this yr they've put in the the last 16 onwards of the SLAM since it went Open in 1968.

ITF Book is not upto scratch, but It should improve in time.

I received mine about 2-3 weeks ago and was very impressed by the improved content compared to 2001. However, I love the spiral bound better, so TBE or anybody else, do you know if there is a spiral bound 2002 available?
