Monday – 11November Start Times: 10:am

Main Draw:
Monday –Sunday 11 – 17 November
Start times: Mon. 1 pm, Tue. 10 am, Wed-Thu 12 pm,
Fri-Sat 1 pm, Sun. 2pm

A very European dominated field in Taipei. I see of the 20 already confirmed in the main draw of the Japan W100 event the same week, 7 are Japanese, which is no surprise, but 8 are Chinese players:

Some will likely assume the W100 field would be weaker and go for that one as a result, especially those like Peng and Zhu who needed were on the AO cut off, certainly at the time when they were chooisg their events, but for a lot of them, Taiwan will be a lot closer to get to, and there are more points on the line, so will there be any political reasons involved there as to why most of them have chosen Japan?
