Go to the ATP website www.atpworldtour.com and see in Scores menu, and load the scoreboard, if you don't know where to find the ATP/WTA Live Scoreboard, where you can see the OOP... Just wierd can't be found on the WTA site...

They finally put out the schedule on the WTA live scores board, so perhaps it was the changes in the QD mentioned above that caused them to delay that posting. Anyhow, thanks so much for your willingness to help:hatoff:

Arconada withdraws, and Osuigwe trounce a LL. Actually wondering if she didn't ask for a WC because the Q points could bump her over Varvara...

Haddad Maia and Khazaniuk are in MD too. Zaja and another unnamed player (the one who let Min in) withdrew.

Feel sorry for Bencic, she probably wants a rest by now but is forced to play this, defending Taipei title last year.

LUX Tyler , Vegas and now Houston...

Plus she played 3 Q in Lux, must be feeling tired surely.

This is only happening because of the injuries last year , started her comeback in November 2017 after a long injury lay off to gain some match sharpness and needs to defend her points.

She doesn't necessarily 'need' to defend these points. It's not like she will drop out of AO direct entry if she didn't, but if she doesn't want to drop 20-30 places, then obviously she could do with picking up some useful points, so playing these makes absolute sense.

It's also to do with not having a full season this year. After getting injured at IW, she missed Miami and all of April, probably coming back too early at the French and then not really finding anything until Wimbledon. If she had a full season this year and was a lot higher ranked, I doubt she would play many of these events, a bit like I'm sure Sabalenka isn't too bothered that she has 160 points coming off later this month.

She may get her match in the 2nd round against lookalike Haddad Maia which looked very likely to be the final in Tyler last week, before Bencic's shock defeat.

(8)Bouzkova v Gibbs - this is like 8th seed vs the 9th one, both lost to Bencic in Vegas. Tough draw.
