Back in 2001, Wismilak tier 4 was planned to be held in Surabaya, East Java - Indonesia right after Wismilak Bali. But it was after the big tragedy of September 11th which caused "sweeping" by some of the local residents especially towards US citizens. Then WTA decided to cancel the tourney!!!

There has been development that about 60% Wismilak tier 4 may be staged next year in Surabaya and it seems now what matter is how Wismilak as sponsor would have excellent human resources to make it happen! No need to ask about Wismilak's commitment in this! Go, WISMILAK! :bounce:
