there were talks in the 1st half of the year of him retiring and him saying so... but in the 2nd half of the year there haven't been any signs of the topic coming up!

have i missed something? has rafter already said he will continue next year or what?

i'd like him to continue... although he is so injury prone australia needs him for davis cup and he is such a nice guy i'd hate to see him retire now!

I read that he might continue if Australia is defeated in the final (so he will be on tour next year, right? <img src="tongue.gif" border="0"> ).

I heard that he was going to take an extended break before deciding whether to continue or not.
