Well I wouldn't say it is a dream draw given IF she gets by Savchuk she has Petrova whom she lost to last time 0 & 2.

Daniela tends to struggle against players ranked much lower than herself because the pressure is on her. She is expected to win and she is still learning how to deal with that pressure. When she plays higher ranked players or players ranked similarly, she doesn't feel the pressure of being the favourite because she isn't and is able to loosen up and play freely.

and that she might be in a very good form and that ultimately she might have better achievements than that not horrendous player she just beat?

My opinion is that DANI plays in WAY TOO MANY tournamants. She should cut down before she gets injured. If that does not happin she will BURN OUT by the time she is 25/26. If she cuts down to around 18-20 tourneys a year i am sure she will have better quality results, win another tourney and have a prolonged tennis career hovering round the top 20..maybe even nipping into the the top 10 on occasion.

Savchuk is young and good player, very smart i think, I'm really not that surprised she won this match but it's also a merit of poor Daniela's shape in this match but don't worry, she will bounce back in Dubai and Doha.
