When they showed the trophy up close, I saw COURT SUZANNE LENGLEN on the bottom. Why? Wasn't the final played on Chatrier?

Also, I noticed that the women's doubles final will be played on Court 1 tomorrow. Why does that final get the shaft?

As Willow said, it must have been "Coupe Suzanne Lenglen." This cup exists since 1980 so long before the court of the same name.
There is also an "allée Suzanne Lenglen" at RG joining the 2 gates "porte Suzanne Lenglen nord" and "porte Suzanne Lenglen sud". They really haven't been any original when they found the name of the new showcourt!

As for the women's doubles, it will be played at 1:00 pm and many people will arrive only later for the men's final (the French Federation is very bad at advertising/marketing doubles) so it's better to play on a smaller court. It would be too sad if they'd play on center court and 3/4 of the stands would be empty, so #1 is better as there will be more atmosphere.
