... to the senior tour. we have seen players like Kapros, and Lucic to name but a few who have failed to make the impact that they did on the Junior circuit.

they're game isn't good enough or their serves.
Mirjana on the other hand made a pretty good start on tour, then family probs caused her slump, now its up to her if she can be bothered to get back into shape and going again.

Also it depends on what time scale the juniors become good, at early age (14-15 or so) or if they dominate the juniors at 17/18 then you can mostly forget about them.

Its an all-together different league, much harder and you come up against much older/wiser players.

well, Cara Black was ranked #1 in the world at 17/18,
and she already has a title and is ranked TOP 100,

maybe it's just a matter of development, some people
might not be developed till they are 18 and stuff......

but TBE is right, Vera won a Gr. A event back then like
at 15, and she is doing quite great right now,
if u get your 1st Gr. A title at an age later than 16,
u might not be able to win Slams and that kinda stuff
