basiacally a thread with both semis predicted and why?

guess this tread is tough as both semis especially maria hingis one are hard to predict.
i think maria will beat hingis 6-4 7-5, and i think justine will beat dementieva 6-3 6-4(unfortunatly). then i think maria will go on to win the title beating justine 6-4 3-6 7-5 coming back from justine serving for the match at 5-4! well i can wish anyway although not completely impossible!

Yeah, both of these matches could go either way...I am going to say Hingis and Elena though, probably both technically underdogs. Dementieva has been serving so atrociously that I think she is due for a good serving day and Hingis has so much selfbelief after beating Lindsay the other day. I also want to see Martina play Elena again, she was sooo off during that Tokyo final and Elena played out of her mind!! In any case, 2 very exciting semi's today!!! Hope everyone plays well, :worship:

yeah theylle be exciting alright id love to see another maria dementieva match and would love that as a final but justine is just so strong at the moment and with elena's serve and bad head to head against her i dont see it happening im afraid, although we can still hope. i think maria has pretty much sussed how to beat hingis, and think she will make the final(pretty sure) but like i said i think well be unfortunatly seeing justine in the final too.
