Venus and Serena both play, on average, about one tournament per month, or about 5 matches in one month, and since three or four of those matches are under an hour easy wins, they play about one or two matches each month where they will actually get slightly tired. There is no reason they can't play more and this proves how full of shit Serena was when she made excuses for her loss to Clijsters.

Just like how full of shyt Martina was claiming retirement when her doctor clearly said she was more than capable of playing?
