Well, Venus anyway. Since 1997 here is her # of tournaments.

1997: 13
1998: 16
1999: 18
2000: 10 (missed first four months with tendonitis in both wrists)
2001: 11 (shortened schedule because of 9/11 and injured wrist)
2002: 16(withdrew from fall tourneys citing fatigue)

So when Venus is healthy she plays a very good amount of tournies. Serena on the other hand, has never played more than the 13 she played last year, but withdrew from 3 fall tournies citing fatigue. So the WS don't play enough only applies to a healthy Serena.

Venus and Serena both play, on average, about one tournament per month, or about 5 matches in one month, and since three or four of those matches are under an hour easy wins, they play about one or two matches each month where they will actually get slightly tired. There is no reason they can't play more and this proves how full of shit Serena was when she made excuses for her loss to Clijsters.
2002 year ending top 10 most matches played:

Hantuchova 57-26= 83 matches.
Dokic 53-26= 79 matches
Henin 52-21= 73 matches
Venus 62-9= 71 matches
Clijsters 51-17= 68 matches
Caprati 48-16= 64 matches
Mauresmo 48-15= 63 matches
Seles 49-14= 63 matches
Serena 56-5= 61 matches
Hingis 34-10(due to injury)

So Venus played fourth most matches of the top ten, and won the most matches. Serena was ninth of mathces played, but not far behind Clijsters, Capriati, Mauresmo and Seles. She also won the 3rd most matches, one behind Hantuchova.

71/12 is less than six matches per month, and I said they play five matches per month. You're the one who has shit flying out of their mouth infiniti, because I was right as it turns out. :)
You also said one tournament a month. What's 16/12??

She is currently defending 10 tournaments jackass, and obvioiusly she is going to add/drop tournaments throughout the year, but if you average how many tournaments her and her sister have played throughout their career, it would be much less than 16.

But it's not only them to blame, tennis players are the most spoiled, bratty athletes anyway with the easiest, most luxurious season of any sport.
And the insults keep rolling. Do you know any other way to communicate without spewing futile insults at people?? I KNOW how many tournaments she has. She was injured this year. When she is healthy, she plays a good amount of tournaments. That's the bottom line. Serena may not, but Venus does!!

Well then I suggest to Venus she takes an extra minute to stretch out her muscles or something, because she's been injured her whole career. Another annoying habit of certain pro athletes, for Christs sakes I've played at least two sports at a time, rigorously, since i was 5 years old and haven't sustained a single pulled muscle.
Obviously you aren't playing at a high level like she is, or practicing and training as much either. She is making her living off of tennis. She loves the game and plays very hard at it. When you give your all things can happen. By the way, you are very lucky not to have pulled a muscle, but the Williams were not as fortunate. So should this be held against them??

Hmmm I will let this insult fly this time- because I know what will happen if I respond. Anyway, PLEASE keep in mind what you posted about yourself on the non-tennis board a couple months ago before using the words shit and mouth in the same sentence in the future :tape:
