I usually try to sort it out myself.
I listen to music or/and take a shower and relax and think about the problem.
Most of the times it's better if you share it with someone, but sometimes it hurts more when you know someone else knows about your problem.
I can tell my mom anything, but I know she'll feel sad if she knows I'm sad, so I jsut tell her the good things.
By the way, music really really helps.
The best thing is to let time heal it.
