I'm betting it won't be Thailand or Japan.

It could be Czech Republic - perhaps Bohdan Ulihrach and Daja Bedanova (or Kveta Hrdlickova). Or it could be a newbie like Luxembourg - Anne Kremer and Giles Muller (top junior), Belarus - Max Mirnyi and Tatiana Poutchek, India - Leander Paes (or Mahesh Bhupathi) and Nirupama Vaidyanathan, Croatia - Ivan Ljubicic and Mirjana Lucic, or Morocco - Karim Alami (or Younes El Aynaoui or Hicham Arazi) and Bahia Mouhtassine.

Plenty of possibilities, really, but it'll most likely be a team that is lower ranked than Italy IMHO.

I agree braveheart- you would think it would be a lower team. Even Giles Muller to partner anne Kremer would be good. Some of the other teams you mentioned would be really cool- maybe it would be fun if the hopman expanded to 16 teams and had a knockout over a week, so you could see more countries.<br />Anyways, I hope they announce the 9th team soon
