The question sounds a bit strange, so I will explain:
The year usually has 365 days, that's 52 weeks and 1 day. So, if you have a 52-weeks-schedule, the tournaments will begin one day earlier every year. For example, Gold Coast started on January 1st last eason, this time it's December 31st.<br />To equate that, you have to transfer the whole schedule one week back every 5 or 6 years.
So my question: is there any official rule when that is to happen ?
