If not including internationals, doha. I hate it that the WTA gives tournaments to people that can play, and that Doha has a hge tournament when they have no history in the sport. Also the crowds arent great.
Agree with Doha too. Common theme is that countries with money to produce huge events but small to no tennis interest = crap event. At least Dubai's more cosmopolitan/globalized population and smaller stadium gives somewhat a good atmosphere during the latter stages of the tournament, and the men's tournament is always packed.At least Madrid has all top 10 ranked players there. No one shows up for Beijing and if they do they immediately withdraw.
But I do have to say players look as miserable in Madrid as they do in Beijing. And the empty stands are just![]()
