It's a sad day today :sad: I read some of you still would like this forum to keep going to update on news about Kim (especially with wedding coming up ). So I just wanted to have your views on what you would like to happen here.

I just went and looked up, Lindsay still has her forum in the american players sections so Kim's will stay here :worship:

So Post your suggestions on what you'ld like to see, ideas, criticisms etc...

DEFINATELY keep the forum like it is - please don't move it to the retired section!!!
Like you said Yasmine, we can post pictures of the wedding and Kim has said she will still keep the fans updated on her life via her diary, so we can still discuss those things.

and you guys should have seen GM yesterday, never seen so many nice Kim threads all together.:lol: .. I suppose they have no reason of bashing anymore, since it's not like Kim might prevent anyone's fave from getting a slam or whatever now

Keeping the forum here and updating each other on Kim's (off court) activities. Wedding, babies, whatever.. She's also gonna make appearances at some tourneys ( Luxembourg, Stuttgart) and the WTA is planning a celebration at the Masters or so...

Since it was pretty 'hard work' keeping it active even while Kim was still playing, I guess we will have to see how many of us will keep on posting here.

I agree with Lien that we should keep each other updated on Kim's activities, but I'm afraid we will have to rely a little bit more on our Belgian members, because they will be much better informed than the rest of us.

I just hope it will be a relaxed atmosphere from now on and that people won't come here to fight over babies' names or things like that.

A player's forum has never been closed in the past, no reason why it would now. Go and have a look!: Lindsay, Monica Seles, and a few more retired players still have their forums.

I was just willing to get suggestions so something like

- threads with memories: photos, best interviews, funny moments, videos etc

- games/quizzes (that we have our specialist Moonlight :lol: )

- her last news, diary/website

etc...

Even though Kim has retired, I am not quite ready to completely forget about her
Hopefully there are wedding photos that we can gush over!
