Check this out:

Can anyone translate this properly, or decipher the English text of the description? The English text was obviously obtained through a web translator service.

It sounds to me like a factual book written by someone who stalked Monica at one time, or claims to have met her attacker before he struck in 1993. Is that what it sounds like to everyone else?

Here is another translation through a web service of the Spanish text:

The novel is related by one of the unconditional followers of Monica Seles. The narrated facts are based on real facts lived by the writer of this book.

The subtility of its narration and the tenacity with which it shows the facts to us happened in 1993 make us include/understand from another point of view the details of that tragic year. The author was accidentally incitador and witness of the fatal attack.

In the narration the facts happened in the Open Gaz take shelter of Paris where really the crime was laid the foundations. There the author was stopped during the end of this match to carry a threatening placard for Monica. He was retained by the forces of security of the match. In that city the author of the story accidentally knew Gunther Patch.

Also the details of the only night are counted that passed Monica in the hotel Juan Carlos I in Barcelona one week before taking place the unfortunate incident. And finally the events happened in Hamburg. The book gathers photographies of the author appeared in newspapers and magazines in which she appears the author before being stopped in Paris and the appeared ones later requesting pardon in Madrid in 1996.

Is this for real, or is this utter garbage?

The author also has a Monica web page: http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/Bleachers/5979/Seles.html

I did a Google advanced search and the name Victor Vargas Cadaveira(WW Kadaveira) only appears in relation to this site you posted. Ditto for the title of the "novel".

There is a possibility that it is an unpublished novel and someone was trying to drum up support for it.
