For example if your playing a tennis match and your thinking of a tennis pro that will give you some motivation.

Well when I lose matches thinking of Jankovic helps me because no matter how much I lose I can always come back and work harder to win.

And When im down a break or down in a match I think of how Serena comes back from being on the verge of defeat and wins the match so I tell myself just hang in there and fight

im 100 percent with you there on serena..everytime im down, or one of my shots break down, im thinking of serena. I also yell a lot, and shout a lot of come ons..which often pisses off my hitting partner! ahaha

I think of Nadal...primarily because I try and base my style of play on him :p

But then I scream "CAMON!!" like Serena everytime I win a point if I'm down!
