It's probably Gold Coast... this year they managed to attract both Venus and Justine. Many Tier III's have a hard time getting anyone in the top 10 to play.

Obviously my favorite is Acapulco  is not the best field but has a good field :)

About the stronger as Lucia said I also think are Madrid and Luxembourg.

Heineken Open is a good tournament too ;)

Obviously Birmingham, Luxembourg and Oklahoma are great events.

The best Tier III website is Copa Colsanitas, in Bogota. AMAZING :p

Of course. easy answer is Madrid, players as Novotna, ASV, Davenport, Maleeva, Seles, Pierce, Martinez and so on have play there.

Like Josh said was and always will be Oklahoma City

A quick fact: In 2001 the last year Oklahoma City was held it attracted 3 top 10 players Monca Seles (4), Jennifer Capriati(6), and Amanda Coetzer (10). Amy Frazier who was seeded 16 that year at the australian open also played and another little known factis tha Serena Williams received a Wild Card but withdrew later So it would have been 4 top 10 players had serena competed
