She lost the finals in Cantanhede and Antalya in 2018 as well as 64 67(6) 46 vs Francisca Jorge (POR) in October 2019 at the 15,000$ event in Lousada. At the 25,000$ level she recently lost 64 26 26 vs Yuriko Lily Miyazaki (JPN) in R1 in Cherbourg en Cotentin and 67(4) 26 vs Tamara Korpatsch (GER) in R1 in St. Etienne.

Clara is back from her injury break and having a wrist surgery in May. She has only played three events in 2019. In January at the Australian Open she lost 57 26 vs Carla Suarez Navarro (ESP) in R1. It followeda 63 62 win over Katy Dunne (GBR) in R1 at the 60,000$ event in Andrezieux-Boutheon losing 36 16 vs Myrtille Georges (FRA) in R2. In Santa Margerita di Pula at the 25,000$ level in April she already lost her 1st round match 36 26 vs Corinna Dentoni (ITA).

At the WTA level in Moscow she qualified for the maindraw and beat Timea Babos (HUN) 61 63 in R1 losing 64 36 57 vs Kiki Bertens (NED) in the 2nd round.

It was a quite succesfull season for Anastasia winning three titles. She reached the QF in Pärnu at the 15,000$ level afterwards where she had to retire at 12 vs Katriin Saar (EST).
