WIFCT - New Rules
The Game
WIFCT will now have a normal tournament season, each week features 2 or more tournaments. There is the tournament representing Wrold Group I, World Group II (will be played through final, not just R1), and 1 for each Zonal group required. Here is the schedule:

Week 3: Miami : Indian Wells --- Zonals: Dubai,Doha,Memphis,Las Vegas
Week 4: Charleston : Amelia Island --- Zonals: Budapest,Estoril,Prague,Warsaw
Week 5: Roland Garros : Rome --- Zonals: Berlin,Istanbul,Strasbourg,Fes
Week 6: Wimbledon : Eastbourne --- Zonals: Birmingham,Ordina Open,London,Newport
Week 7: San Diego : Los Angeles --- Zonals: Cincinnati,Stockholm,D.C.,Indianapolis
Week 8: USOpen : Montreal --- Zonals: Toronto,New Haven,Bali,Forest Hills
Week 9: Luxembourg : Beijing --- Zonals: Kolkata,Portoroz,Guangzhou,Seoul
Week 10: Zurich : Moscow --- Zonals: Stuttgart,Linz,Bangkok,Tokyo(AIG)
Week 11: Top 16 play SEC --- Next 16 play Quebec City --- Others play Tashkent
(if we need more "zonals" I'll find more ITFs or just use a major city)
Picking a Player
Because of the need for several groups, all coaches are allowed to coach 2 players, only one of which can be on this list (commoly used players)

(basically this is to avoid 1 person getting both WS or both Serbs or w/e you know)
How a Week Goes Down
At the beginning of the week you will either be in the top tier, second tier, or a "zonal" tier.
Part A of the week is first round of top tier, first round of second tier, and RR "zonal" tiers.
Part B is SFs of top tiers
Part C is Finals of top tiers
Part D is Playoffs (not a complete tournaments)
You move up through the draws based like FedCup so if you are the second tier 1R winner you get to play in the playoffs for 1st tier, against a R1 loser of 1st tier.
Points System
You always use 80 points into 3 sets i.e. 30-30-20
Surface Preferences: Hardcourter or Variety Player 95 on hard or clay/grass/indoors
The Grand Playoff
Every player will send points and we will have a gigantic RR, you will play every single other player, the top 8 records start in tier I, the next 8 in second tier, the rest in zonals (4 per zonal)
