I read this on another board:
Doesn't it make sense?
I mean, unless Venus does something about her service motion,
won't she continue to have this as a re-occuring injury?
Won't it force her to develop a better motion,
hence making it a better serve and more consistent?
Venus has an injury. Ok we know that already. But remember when Serena broke her arm and after she
had fully recovered she developed a bitchin forehand that could dominate even the best of players. Take
that logic and appy it to Venus. Venus has had some problems with that serve. The stomach injury when
it recovers will force Venus to try a better service motion, one that is more flowing and uses less
contorsion on her stomach. In other words--------------------A BIGGER BETTER SERVE..........wait there is more
A BIGGER FIRST SERVE AND A BETTER SECOND SERVE MOTION!
