To me, Anca's outfit is the nicest I've seen...that star spangled banner Fila outfit- UGH! Is it a dress? Kim please don't wear the silver lame I like the outfit Kim had on yesterday better than the all blue- i also got to see it in person.

ugh at Maria's pepto bismol (sp?) outfit- it has the opposite effect- i want to puke!!

And since Venus & Serena does design their own, everybody suddenly designs I think its to the extent of- do you like this, the color- good- you had input! Maybe Dani & Maria collaborated on the design- whatever... Dani didn't look sick in person at all but I still don't know what the hoopla is about- she ain't gorgeous.

Who is that black chick in the red outfit- I saw her practicing yesterday.

This whole thing about player input into designing their own clothing didn't start with Venus and Serena. Chris Evert had a lot of input in her clothing design. She always had a different outfit than anyone else. On the whole, she did a good job. I still remember that darling white shirt and skirt she wore at Wimbledon one time. It was so crisp and light. A traditional pointed collar and little cap sleeves.

Meghann looks great in the red adidas outfit, one question: has she rolled up her skirt so it's shorter? look like she has.

I think this is the best collection of women's outfits that I have seen all year. Obviously there are some duds like the old Fila outfits still hanging around and that horrible frilly thing on Dani and Maria's dresses, but all in all I would give the Open a 9/10 fashion-wise.

If I have to sinlge out one look it would have to be Amelie, she looks absolutely amazing, stunning. The colour and cut suit her completely.

I loved the dark apricot (burnt orange?) dress that Meghann wore last night. It looked like she had rolled the waistband over and pushed it down so it would be low on her hips. Meghann likes to show off her abs.
