In order for a tournament to run smoothly, it has to have a manager that is confident in organizing matches, draws, entrants, etc.

With two tournaments per month, Each player must manage 1 event per year minimum and 4 maximum (1 Grand Slam, 2 Tier Is or 4 Tier IIs) :)

Re: [TS3] Roadmap + Management

So now we have Paris/Dubai

I was thinking about these for the other tournaments:

Rome/Madrid
Birmingham/Eastbourne
Tokyo/Beijing
Linz/Moscow

That way we always have a smaller and bigger tournament, the other weeks are IMO fine already.

The reason I went with Barcelona, Munich, Seoul and Sweden is because we have those courts in the game :sobbing: I'm not sure that any court particularly resembles that of Madrid (in game it is Indoor Hardcourt ala YEC 2007), Birmingham/Eastbourne would have to be on the same court (London Tennis club) as for Beijing....

If we have a concensus on "pretending" that certain courts are in other places then sure

Re: [TS3] Roadmap + Management

Make Madrid the YEC location. Its one of the bigger and better looking non-slam courts and its indoors.

Also how about switching Tokyo to Hamburg. The court is much better. It can sometimes be hard to see the ball on the Tokyo court because of the lighting and the fish underneath the court can be pretty distracting.

Also what about switching Barcelona to Stuttgart that way we have at least one indoor clay event. We can use the Rio court which is indoor clay and just pretend its Stuttgart.

Re: [TS3] Roadmap + Management

MY SCHEDULE WOULD BE :

01. GS JAN AUSTRALIAN OPEN
02. T2 JAN Paris
03. T2 FEB Dubai
04. T1 FEB Indian Wells
05. T1 MAR Miami

06. T2 MAR Houston
07. T1 APR Buenos Aires
08. T2 APR Barcelona
09. T1 MAY Roma
10. GS MAY ROLAND GARROS

11. T2 JUN London
12. T2 JUN New Hampbridge
13. GS JUL WIMBLEDON

14. T2 JUL Hamburg
15. T2 AUG Estoril
16. T1 AUG Cincinnati
17. T1 SEP Toronto
18. GS SEP US OPEN

19. T1 OCT Madrid
20. T2 OCT Amsterdam
21. T1 NOV Moscow
22. T2 NOV New Delhi
23. T1 DEC Tokyo
24. YE DEC SEOUL

This schedule means, only 2 tournaments per month, which is pretty do-able. I've arranged the draws like this (Each player can maximum play 19 tournaments per year) :

1. GS : Everyone that plays on the tour can enter
2. T1 : Everyone that plays on the tour can enter
3. T2 : 1 per month / player

Vote for it. Don't think about running it, I can help run any tournament, or can run them all so you guys just need to play... So Cara, no excuses :armed:
