As you may or may not know, for some time a group of members have been playing each other over Xbox Live on the game Top Spin 3 (2K Sports). It has been fun to just play casually but I think it would be more fun to share the joy of playing online with other members.

If you have an active Xbox live subscription and you own Top Spin 3, you should come and play with us online. We will be arranging tournaments and draws and it should be a lot of fun.

Do risk shots include the LT shots which allow you to place the ball better or are they just the powerful RT shots?

I think just power RT shots. The LT shots allow more accurate placement but aren't usually unreturnable like the power shots.

I was wondering if time differences are going to be taken into consideration? Maybe adding the time zone each of us are in would help in scheduling a match. I know being in england playing with someone in california and Australia is gonna be harder than say New york or Europe.

having played on the topspin 2 tour it was not always easy gettin matches played with ppl having to go to work or staying up really late to play.

Pretty much the game's minimum, 30, for now :lol: Some players do have that bad of a volley/stamina.

That's a good idea. I think making sure all players have a way of communicating to each other if they have an upcoming match would also be a good plan :yeah:

Yeah after watching the EXHO I think people should be given 48 hours to play

The exho was a special case Grand Slams will be held over 2 weeks and therefore each match will have at least 48 hours.

I think in the future tournament threads need to be up sooner, there was only 1.5 day or something to commit to Paris.

I was thinking that when i host Barcelona. But can't get around to doing it. Probably during Spring Break.... yeah right lol. But i'll make sure i give you all two weeks if you want to commit. Promise.

Yeah, I tried to get Mikey to make it longer but he's lazy :lol: The draw was full at one point however, so it wasn't such a disaster, however in future I'll remind people to make the threads.

I wish we could change the rule about changing characters. I'd switch to a player with more realistic stats if I could keep my previously earned points. How about allowing everyone ONE player switch while allowing them to keep their points and every switch after that results in loss of points.
