In the German press, Haas today announced he won´t make it for the US Open due to a recent surgery and he won´t risk a too early start for 2-3 indoor events this fall in Europe.

He´s scheduled to return in Australia 2004.

Good luck, Tommy ! :)

Thanks for posting the news, ChrisGermany. :)

I thought Tommy's game was progressing really well until his injuries. I hope he can get his form back.

Good luck in 2004, Tommy! :D

There's nothing on his homepage yet ... only this

Another shoulder surgery

On Friday, July 18th, I had a second shoulder surgery. The reason for this surgery was, in the healing process I was developing too much scar tissue. This provented me from my full range of motion.

So, Dr. Altcek had to remove it by doing this arthroscopy surgery. Even though, I´m not able to play tennis for a couple of days, it was necessary for the whole healing process.

I will go to Germany

I´m planing to go to Germany at the beginning of next week. I will be giving some interviews and I´m gonna continue my rehab program there.

Keep enjoying my website!
Take care,
Tommy
