Re: [Tier I] Roma - Internazionali BNL d'Italia

I'm a little nervous about playing Watson, even though we dueled, i lost the third set 6-1. ultimate pushing.
And :sobbing: the thing is, I don't even mean to be a pusher most of the time. Ironically the only time I seem able to be remotely aggressive is vs Justin. I really don't know why. :banghead: Maybe fear?

Maybe because of our early matches. You pushed a lot in the 1st couple of matches we played and won them really easily. Since then you've played more aggressive and its been more competitive.

omg, this was not fun. i was shaking. i had 3 break points in the first set, and at deuce, the ball went past me, wanna know why, MY FREAKING CONTROLLER WENT ON AND OFF!!!:fiery:. i was so upset, i tried to hold on in the first set but got broken. watson went up 3 love in the second before i clawed my way back winning 9-7 in the tiebreak. I felt like giving up in the second because of my missed break point opportunities in the first due to my stooopid controller luckily somehow i stopped caring and it turned around. the third set i went up 4-2, got broken, watson held once again, i held easily and by luck I got the win on my opponent's serve with a backhand crosscourt shot.

I really started to make sure i hit my serves deeper and that helped tremendously. I think I've found a rival. Good job to Watson, she scared the hell out of me.

Let me make it clear, most of our games went to deuce in a snap. every few games we'll have an easy service hold. Watson's game is a bad match-up for me period.

:sobbing: That was crazy. Heather is such a choker, when is this going to stop? :sobbing: Venus did great to get back in it, it's really scary. I went out trying to play in the way I do against Justin with lots of topspin and then trying to attack but you just pounced on EVERY high topspin ball I hit. I got desperate and used the flat shots way too much and you pounced on them too. Well done, as pissed off as I got at the end you did play great and I know what I have to improve. Good luck against Kvitova!

there were some awesome rallies where we used every part of the court. Your game is passive aggressive and that's aggravating as hell. But its good, no one else on the tour plays like that.

Justin, to be truthful i really don't wanna play you but i will. i must get a new controller, fast.
