French Wikipedia also wrote SEILER. After I gave them some bits of evidence, they changed it to SIELER. Now also WTA changed to SIELER.

Married a Mr Burr by 1930 (per Lowe's Almanack)

I wonder if she was nay relation to Geraldine Ramsey-later Beamish?
If I'm not mistaken Helen Ramsey (later Burr) was Scottish, whereas Geraldine Ramsey (later Beamish) was English.

I couldn't find any trace of the marriage of Helen Ramsey in the "freebmd" website, although it only covers births, marriages and deaths in England and Wales, not Scotland:

Veera Popova was one of the best of the early tennis players from Eastern Europe. She was born in Latvia but, due to the unstable political situation in Europe, gradually moved northwards, then westwards. She eventually settled in New York with her second husband, an American.

Born in Saint Petersburg, Elisabeth Bagh grew up in Estonia and died in Canada. She was the elder sister of Antoine Bagh (20 May 1913-27 October 2007); the latter sister also played tournament tennis; Antoine spent her later life in Germany.

An early figure in Estonian/Soviet tennis; in later years she was involved in the administrative and coaching sides of the sport. Edith Elgas was also a senior tennis champion in the 1960s.

A native of Tallinn, Estonia, Salme Redlich later emigrated to Germany, then to Sweden. Playing for Germany, she won the singles title at the Finnish Outdoor Championships in 1927. Tuberculosis forced her to give up tennis at an early age.

Elena Lapimaa began plaing tennis at age six. A winner of multiple Estonian national tennis titles, she also enjoyed much success in Soviet tournaments in the late 1960s/early 1970s. She was singles champion of Nigeria in 1975. In later years she turned to coaching and was coach of the Estonian Federation Cup team from 1994 to 1996.
