Hey there :hatoff: I've been a frequent camper (and occasional poster, contributing mostly waffle :p ) of this sub-forum for a while now and I certainly love the layout of the sub-forum where each tournament gets to have its little spotlight. Nevertheless, I do find a certainly missing a general space or lounge that users can congregate to, to simply talk about anything under the ITF World Tennis Tour sun. There are a lot of you out there who've been consistently active on this sub-forum as well so maybe this could be of use to some of you.

You can talk about your favorite scrubarellas and the most obscure information about them, personal excitement about upcoming tournaments, discovering a new interesting player and well, anything! :)

(If this doesn't shape up into anything, then maybe I can use it as a personal spamming thread haha :lol2: )

By the way, if you haven't yet, there's this tool online that I've found absolutely helpful in following the ITF tour: ITF entries

It's a tool that lets you "follow" players and see which tournaments they've signed up to in the coming weeks, perusing through each ITF entry lists manually is an exhausting task so this was a joy to stumble across!

Who are your fav ITF players @Luicine ?

México City and Irapuato are not part of the South América swing, it's playing in North América and hardcourts just like Mérida Monterrey Indian Wells...

Oops, my bad... perhaps LatAm would be the correct phrase? In which case, Santo Domingo would be there too, I suppose?

My main ITF player is Selena Janicijevic who's had a great AO run, beating players above her rank! :D I admit I might had been living off of her glory a bit too much that week 🙈 Unfortunately, she's lost track of some of the ranking progress she's made with points coming off :(

Apart from her, I follow several other ITF players mainly from the Asian and Lat. America region. :) But it's not exclusively players from those area, my tactic of choice is usually checking a tournament's draw and picking three or a bunch of players I'm interested in most and go with it :D

I so happen to root for some of the players in your sig as well... Yuki, Naho, Sada, Paula, Solana, MCOS and Luisa (these two are not exactly ITF girls though). I have a soft spot for Emiliana and wish that only good things will come her way :cheer:

Feeling absolutely giddy about today's results in Jhajjar and Ipoh

The Thai duo of Anchisa and Lanlana progressing through and Gozal's team avoiding a scare.

On the other hand, what a beautiful day it is in Jhajjar. The locals upsetting higher-rated internationals or at least giving them a run for their money (Sharmada :sobbing: ) .

It is a phenomenon that I've noticed in most of these Asian ITFs which span for a few weeks. The first time it would be a feast for the internationals and then the next time round the locals somehow find a way to match them toe to toe, I wonder if it has something to do with the climate

The thai duo is still thriving in Ipoh :cheer:

A little sad that Dabin couldn't go further here. I still remember her inspired run in the US. She has so much potential but seems like she can't show regularly. She also relies a lot on confidence I guess.

Junri couldn't even a singles match here. I mean at her age its understanable that its catching up but i still think she can do better than this.

Diana Marcinkevica on the other hand is really struggling right now. I can't see her keep going like this much longer.
Nice win for Vaidehi today against Iordache.

Sauvant keeps struggling a lot as soon as she's off her beloved clay. She doesn't have the biggest weapons but has a great mindset. On clay i can see her on a higher level soon. Right now struggling in S3 in the QF of Monastir against Radovanovic.

Lanlana through but Anchisa loses in a close match to Jaeda Daniel :( Not a bad result regardless but I was rooting for an All-Thai final and it was so close to getting realized! Hopefully Lanlana takes this, for some reason, she's not signed up for KL next week.

On the other hand, it's an All-Indian final in Jhajjar :cheer: Zeel (birthday girl :oh: ) v. Rao. I was stalking Rao's Instagram the other day and she seems like such a dork! :D https://instagram.com/sandeeptirao?igshid=NDk5N2NlZjQ=

Rooting for Chiraz Bechri and Noma Noha Akugue too

Junri lost in convincing fashion :( An opponent she barely lost games to in 2019.
Glad to see my thai girl still alive!

The germans both lost their Quarterfinals in India. Although I'm happy to see Vai reach her third consecutive semifinal.
Marcinkevica retired while leading.

Q: Will SS Rao be eligible to apply for a special exemption for W25 Bengaluru if she wins her SF today? Assuming the organizers don’t give her a main draw WC.
