The tennis players donate 10K to the bushfires then fly on a private jet two weeks later. SMH.
"Rotten-to-the-core" Al Gore rants and raves about global warming, then dumps 30 t0 40 times as much CO2 into the atmosphere as the average American. It's all about money, money, money.

Maybe he thinks that he offsets it by encouraging others to plant more trees and big corporations reducing their GHG emissions through cleaner technologies.

Is his book printed on recycled paper?

In 2008, a ranting and raving, Al Gore predicted that the entire arctic ice cap would melt and NYC would be under water by 2015. Well.....it's 2020 and NYC is still high and dry.
Al Gore has used global warming to become a multimillionaire. To Al Gore, it's all about making money.
The only real solution to future energy for the masses is nuclear energy, but the very people that are climate activists are against nuclear energy.

He might have got the timing wrong, but he's absolutely right about the Arctic ice cap melting (and it's not just the Arctic - there are plenty of parts of the Antarctic ice shelves that are under severe threat as well). There are already island nations in the Pacific Ocean, including the former US territory of Palau, which are well on the way to being underwater, and will be uninhabitable in a few years. If you can't see that as being a precursor to parts of coastal cities all around the world (including mine) being affected then your head is stuck in the sand.
