- Lesley Turner-Bowrey (French Champ, World #2)
- sister Noeline played in Aussie doubles with her
- husband Bill won Australian Champs
- daughter Michelle also played on the circuit

- Sisters Carol and Gail Sherriff (later Gail Chanfreau/Gail Lovera of France)
- both played Wimbledon. Gail won French doubles.

The Evert sisters were Chris, Jeanne and Clare. The Lloyd brothers are David, John & (An)tony
Evonne Goolagong's brother Ian was the one she played mixed at Wimbledon with. maria Bueno also played mixed with a brother.
Tracy Austin's sister Pam also played on tour.
Andre & Rita Agassi (plus their respective spouses, Steffi Graf & Pancho Gonzalez)
A couple of others:

Marcie & Mareen (Peanut) Louie

The only argies I can remember are Vanesa & Erica Krauth. They are twins and they won a bunch of ITF doubles titles until Vanesa decided to stop with competitive tennis. Erica still plays here and there, following Hanna Nooni around the world.
