kids are going to do what they want to do.
and while kids may be maturing fast physically, that doesnt mean they are maturing fast emotionally. if anything, it seems to be the opposite right now. college now is to what high school was 30 years ago. some college kids act like theyre ten.
its 16 for both sexes in NJ. imo, its poor taste to have a different ages for gender/sexual orientation.
