Williams Rulez... if you pick the right winner of the tourney, then you win all the tax that was paid from the week before. (I think Adrian explained that each week you pay tax on your winnings. Well, this goes into the "kitty" for the tourney winner in the next week.) If more than one person picks the winner, then the money is split between whoever picked the winner. If no one picks the winner of the tourney, the money jackpots to the next week! <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> I hope that helps you to understand it.
