It's interesting that none of the 3 players who picked Bertens used Barthel for their back-up. I wonder if they had seen that Kozlova had beaten her in their only career meeting. If I was playing here, that probably would have precluded me from making her my main pick, but probably not as my back-up as withdrawals aren't too common. But I would have been eliminated nonetheless. So really well-played from all 3 Kiki pickers.
