If you play any other sports than tennis, which sports do you think are helpful to improve your tennis?
I don't play golf but it seems to have quite a lot in common with tennis as the mental plays a big part in it.
I think ping pong or table tennis may help technique and strategy wise as it's similar to tennis in my opinion.
I don't think playing badminton is of much help though if you're working on your overheads, it may help.
What about team sports such as baseball, football, cricket?
Do they have any aspect that may lead to the improvement of your game?
