We have 8 Thai's girls in the draws, 3 won and 5 defeat. It should be 4 all if Wilawan could manage the end of the match. She lost the first set 3-6, and came back to won the tie break in the 2nd set. At 4 all the 3rd set, she had 0-40, 3 break point, in the ninth game but she could not convert it. Finally the nuber 6 seeded, Mossiakova won 6-3,6-7(4),6-4. Bad luck Wilawan.
Wongkamalasai beated Tameishi, seeded 1, 6-3 in the first set and Tameishi retired from the match. Tameshi was not in the match. She made ton of unforce error. The tournament coordinator said she feel bad before the match. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
I am very much impressed I-Ting Wang. She hitted the ball so well, good placing especially her forehand. She also has good movement on court.
Wada, seeded 3, lost to Chattida Thimchapo. I am disappointing with Wada's game, at 4 all in the 3rd set I think if she played more aggressive she should win the match. Chattida hit the ball hard both forehand and backhand and fortunately she played better than Wada in the last 2 games of the final set.
Another Thai's girl, Prariyawan, she have good record with the runner up at Manila (If I correct). Unfortunately, I did not have chance to watch her match today. I will see her match againt Dziamidzenka(BLR) tomorrow.
Shizu Katsumi beated Anuchan 6-1,6-0. Katsumi is nice person. She have sticked bandage on her right arm. I talked to her with Japanese, She said she feel pain during practicing. This is the second times in Thailand and she like Thailand because the people is so nice and cost of living is cheaper than Japan.
The tournament have arranged welcome party tomorrow and all players are requested to attend. I will be there tomorrow and try to take some photos.
