I wonder if miss "sportswoman of the century" would agree to that.

No Williams, and a Justine that Needed an IV just the other night.

The only real players she had to beat were Davenport/Amelie and they had a total of 50+ ufe!

Looks like Kim will follow in the footsteps of her idol Martina Hingis and have a Grand Slam handed to her on a silver plater.

Not necessarily. Justine might still come out and play well, she was still playing well during the match when she was supposed to be cramping! You cant just assume she wont play well tomorrow. The wounded opponent is often the most dangerous one. Kim shouldnt make the mistake to underestimate her.
In any event they should not have to change the schedule just bc one player cramped. Cramp isnt even a real injury, its just lack of conditioning. Some people are in favour of not allowing treatment for cramps. The players should make sure they are fit enough to play long matches.

Sampras had to get an IV after his 1992 semifinal, and then the final was played the next day.

Cramps happen in tennis all the time!! It's a conditioning thing, and it can also be related to nerves.

And Kim isn't being handed this title; Justine won 3-set matches three days in a row in Dubai this year. She can handle this.

No way.

It would never be moved unless of inclement weather and since the weather is going to be great today, it will be played or Kim will be handed the title.

actually it's simple. normally the semi finals aren't a night session, which gives the players about a day to recover, and they can get a good night rest, but cause of the rain they made the semis a night session, so if you have a long match, which is very very possible in the semi of a GS, there goes your recovery and night rest...

this said, i don't think they should move the final to sunday anymore, because it wouldn't be 100% fair, the ideal was scheduling the final on monday even before the semis were played, or playing the semis in a day session (but hey, --> TV  )
