No - injuries are part of the sport, and if some players are healthy for this major, then good on them. There are always injuries in all sports, and that's part of the game. I don't think it cheapens things at all.
Should the US Open champion mention Serena's abscence
in thier acceptance speech? Or was that something only Steffi Graf should have done?
