Now as for the question is this thread, I really don't see why the US Open Champion would mention Serena. Even if they wanted to, what would they say? Thanks Serena for not showing up? I dedicate this victory to Serena? By now those who wanted to say Get Well Soon have said it and I doubt that after winning the US Open any player ( except Venus) would even be thinking about Serena.
