And what’s next from Serena ? She will have the right to breastfeed her child on court.

Embarrassing.

And ironically, this rule change benefits pretty much every player more so than Serena, who was always mentally tough and smart enough to figure matches out on her own. When she loses because she gets out-coached, everyone is gonna celebrate lmao
This. Serena never use on court coaching even she could do that!

Mothers should be allowed to check on their babies in between sets too. Otherwise it's sexist.

I don't think it is a good idea, but I am not also surprised. There's lots and lots of advanced data available in sports today, and the Americans are quite advanced in making use of it in their big pro sports. So they figure to get an edge, at least initially.

However, it risks making tennis pay-to-win in a way it was not before - how many individual players can afford a live data app and a backroom strategy staff that can figure out what is going well and badly, and then communicate immediate adjustments?
