Both her and Garbin often have Italian flag on their outfit on and off the court, the funny thing is that both of them have the same late grunt. Are there any other players that wears her country's flag on her on her matches??

Her Hingis-esque game is drool-worthy. And she is an absolute nightmare for the top players.
it isnt a shirt with italian flag!!it's the official jersey of italian football team!! ;)

she makes far too many mistakes for a Hingis wannabe,
and she is not nearly fast enough,
maybe that one-handed BH generates spins/slices,
that doesnt qualify her as Hingis-esque, nope,
understand this is my idol you are talking about,
GO HINGIS:)

She is very fast but her game is totally different than Hingis. She used a lot of top spins from both sides.
I think Fran looks like Zhanna Block.
Frannie's cool! Yes that is the official Italian warm-up football strip, and she does look like Zhanna doesn't she! I guess she is sponsored by Fila, I suppose they do the football stuff too cos they are Italian. Italian footballers, yum!!
I was going to say Zhanna Block too. If Zhanna Block and Sporty Spice had a lovechild, she would probably look like Francesca Schiavone.
She has perhaps the coolest grunt.

She does! I love her grunt.

Funny thing is she only grunts on larger courts (ala would grunt on Grandstand and not on court no.5)

She also grunts more on slower surfaces (ala Clay)
She was wearing a black shirt like that when i saw her at Eastbourne

Was Martina faster than Francesca? Interestingly Francesca serves as slowly as Hingis lots of the time but if Hingis could have hit the 108 and 1 112mph serves Francesca has been banging in from her height of 5'6 Martina (who is taller) wouldn't have had so much trouble with the power players. Give Martina Francesca's serving speed and fighting spirit and give Francesca Martina's consistency and you would have two hell of a players.

er.....you do understand Martina was one of the
fastest play on court when she ruled over the world:)
Francesca is no Hingis, maybe she can slice/top spin the balls,
but that will only qualify her as Henin-Hardenne-esque,
not Hingis-esque, there are some shots Hingis has that
Francesca can only dream of having:)
LUV YA HINGIS :hearts: :hearts:
